Canada Post is the corporation responsible for the shipment of items by postal mail in Canada. Canada Post employees have been on strike since November 15, 2024. ICAS has not recieved any deliveries by mail since this date and ICAS has not shipped any reports or documents by mail since the start of the strike. Please note that items sent by courier are unaffected.
When mail services resume, please expect delays due to the high volume of mail with Canada Post's system.
ICAS’ office is open by appointment only for clients to submit original documents in-person.
If you have already applied for an Assessment Report and you would like to schedule an appointment for in-person submission of your original education documents, please contact info@icascanada.ca and provide your ICAS File Number.
If you have not yet applied for an Assessment Report or if you have questions relating to our services, please Contact Us. At this time, ICAS is unable to provide in-person support for any service other than scheduled appointments for submission of original documents. ICAS will be unable to assist you if you visit the office without a pre-booked appointment.
